Pay-Pal has small fees whenever you make a sale on EBay. To see the fees click on the link provided. The fees are very simple. There are no fees when you buy something with Pay-Pal. When you get payed there is a 1.9% to 2.9% + $0.30 USD that Pay-Pal takes away. For transfers there are no fees when money comes out of Pay-Pal balance and bank account.
